Match the 1.4 plugin's camera timing for Andor, PCO and ORCA-Fusion, and start the alternate scan direction box from the settings

Small fixes. Each camera change matches the 1.4 diSPIM plugin's Cameras.java.

• Andor reset time now uses the edge trigger readout plus one row, and 0 in virtual slit mode. It used the run's own mode, so in overlap mode it came out as one row (about 0.01 ms instead of 9.8 ms on a Zyla 4.2).
• pco.edge 5.5 readout now includes 1.4's two rows of overhead, and the reset time with it.
• ORCA-Fusion over USB3 gets its real virtual slit readout instead of the 10 000 ms meant to rule out a USB3 ORCA-Flash4, as 1.4 has done since 2025.
• "Alternate scan direction" on the Advanced Timing panel now opens showing the saved setting instead of always unchecked.
