Fixed in 7c50d6b by aligning the lab package’s prek pin and regenerating python/uv.lock; the CI-equivalent uv sync --all-packages --all-extras --all-groups --prerelease=if-necessary-or-explicit now succeeds locally.

Resolved in 8745b3c by merging the latest main and resolving python/uv.lock against the current base lockfile while keeping the prek==0.4.12 update.
