This has been mentioned before, but for some reason, the issue was closed.

I keep getting:

Error code:
ResourceDeploymentFailure

Message:
The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

Is there a solution? I've assured I am in the right region, and I've tried several different regions.
