MiniPdf for Python 0.1.0

Install:
pip install minipdf

This release provides basic DOCX paragraph conversion, with path/bytes APIs and a CLI. Output is PDF 1.4 with page geometry, margins, page breaks, and basic bold, italic, and font-size support. OOXML safety validation is included.

Limitations: tables, images, embedded fonts, CJK fonts, RTL fonts, XLSX, and PPTX are not supported yet.
