Describe the bug

When installing a mod on a running instance, Modrinth displays the mod as "installed," but this message is followed by an error message which says that the mod wasn't added to the instance.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an instance
2. Try install mod on it
3. See error

Expected behavior

Either the mod is installed correctly, or Modrinth should not show it as "installed."
