This looks good, thanks!
I'm fine either way on what you want to do with whether lammpsio in-line code or not.
We should probably bump our license year here since we're dealing with the docs now. Then this is good to go!

If you want lammpsio to be in code text like you originally tried you just have to use double ticks`` rather than single `
We do that in the "How to Cite" page
