  • Updated .env.example to annotate VNC browser-path env vars as dormant/deprecated
  • References the abandoned browser-worker VNC path that is no longer active

VNC browser integration was replaced by the screenshot panel (#1130).
Add a DORMANT comment to the VNC section explaining the vars are preserved
for future re-integration and referencing #5136.
