Add tvos

Hi,

tvos is missing in podspec. it works very good on tvos btw.

I know the Reachability cocopods version missing the tvos but they added it already on their github repo 2 years ago.

A correct PodFile looks like this to get it working. Reachability need installed before FreeStreamer

platform :ios, '9.0'
inhibit_all_warnings!

def shared_pods_app
pod 'Reachability', :git => 'https://github.com/tonymillion/Reachability.git'
pod 'FreeStreamer'
end

target 'myapp-tvos' do

Official Reachability repo is still missing tvos, thus pod lint errors:

 -> FreeStreamer (3.8.3)
    - WARN  | url: There was a problem validating the URL https://github.com/muhku/FreeStreamer/.
    - ERROR | [tvOS] unknown: Encountered an unknown error (The platform of the target `App` (tvOS 9.0) is not compatible with `Reachability (3.2)`, which does not support `tvos`.) during validation.

Analyzed 1 podspec.

If there's any reasonable replacement for Reachability, I could consider, it looks like it is practically unmaintained.
