Added release notes xrefs to 52 Omni Gateway policy documentation pages in gateway/1.13: - 42 included policies - 10 outbound policies Each policy now links to its corresponding release notes page in the docs-release-notes repo under flex-gateway/omni-gateway-policies. Removed omni-gateway-policies subdirectory path from all xrefs. All policy release notes now reference flex-gateway/ directly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
