java MainController parameter_file_path
Example parameter CSV file included (maxpower_param.csv)
Also requires EJML library (not included), and agent, branch point, resource, and matrix CSVs (examples included - scalefree_agents.csv, nobranchpoints.csv, scalefree_resources.csv, scalefree_matrix.csv)
