…mation curves in the animation. I't makes animation look much better eaven with small numbers of keyframes
…n some period of time. combined with previous commit which made animation curves smoother it creates oportunity to create realy small animation file sizes on simpler animations.

I created 2 options for this tool which ables to create much lighter animation files for recording animations that aren't so complicated. One of it enables to record not all of the frames, second one enables smoothing the tangents of animation curves.
Both features are optional.
