Rename translation_setup to translation

This is a preparation to add docs about the translation process to this section.
Setup is described in sub paragraphs.

I would keep the current name and add the things you have in mind as "Translation flow" or "Translation string development" next to it, rather than the same file

"Translation setup" -> Should be "Translation"

• "Translation tool" -> not related to setup
• "Setup of the transifex sync" -> This describes the setup
• "Manual translation" -> Not related to setup
• "Translation flow" -> to be added.

IMHO this section should named "Translation".
