Run PHPUnit on PHP 8.6 too. It is a release candidate until its GA on 2026-11-19, so its job may fail without failing the run; after the release it moves into the regular list. Tests now fail on PHP deprecations, so new ones show up instead of passing silently. Coverage is collected only on 8.4, where it is uploaded, so 8.5 and 8.6 run without Xdebug. The suite passes on 8.6.0RC4 with no deprecations.
