Configuration Summary

Based on the default config's presets, Renovate will:

• Start dependency updates only once this onboarding PR is merged
• Hopefully safe environment variables to allow users to configure.
• Show all Merge Confidence badges for pull requests.
• Enable Renovate Dependency Dashboard creation.
• Use semantic commit type fix for dependencies and chore for all others if semantic commits are in use.

• Correctly link to the source code for golang.org/x packages
• Link to pkg.go.dev/... for golang.org/x packages' title

I'm wondering about the github.com/numtide/multigres-operator/* package upgrades. We should indeed set pre-commit and/or pipeline checks (as you mentioned @rytswd), but it'll be nice to have a reminder, should they fail.

I also wonder about:

Update actions/dependency-review-action action to v4.8.1

Because I don't know whether it'll update using the locked hash method.

I think it's worth enabling this plugin then judging its usefulness and further configuring it once it opens some PRs.
