[IMP] mrp: update manufacturing product config article

key change @ lines 7–22:

• remove existing intro and activate the manufacturing route section, which incorrectly stated that products can be manufactured only if:
  1. the manufacture route is selected.
  2. there is a bom configured.
  • new intro correlates the remaining two sections in this article with their sister articles.
• link to the inventory > warehouses and storage > replenishment > replenish on order (mto) sister article, which has already been updated to reflect the removal of route configuration in v19.

other changes:

• update custom anchors to match current style.
• update lot/serial number tracking copy to reflect the current GUI.

note: this is NOT a full article refresh. instead, this is an interim solution to remove incorrect information ahead of a replacement article and broader MRP app scope article restructuring .

This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
