Post-merge housekeeping for the #131-#136 release: - Regenerate Ontos_Context_Map.md on merged main so the repo's own map carries the new v4.7.0 generator provenance (generator_version, scope, documents_loaded). - Refresh AGENTS.md from the current project state (was flagged stale by doctor). - Session log recording the stack merge and archive steps. - Dropped two empty hook-generated init-log templates that were never real session records. ontos doctor: 11 passed, 0 failed, 1 pre-existing warning (non-Ontos git hooks).
