Create mapping between feasibility field names and main field names

Because we can't change field names in a REDCap production environment we will have to create a list of sub-optimal fields in Feasibility and decide what to name them in the Main db.

Partly, but it won't stop you from working on the main field names. We'll coordinate and discuss this regularly as we both work on these ☺️
