Summary
Migrates to Vapor 5.0.0-beta.4, updating dependencies, startup, routing, and response APIs.
Replaces the removed command runner with
ArgumentParserwhile preserving deployment commands.Centralizes CORS and removes redundant middleware and imports.
Requires Swift 6.4 and macOS 26.2+.
Note: response compression is not yet handled in Vapor5.
