Homepage redesign: warm style + inline testimonials

Homepage redesign prototype

This is a working prototype of the homepage in a warmer style. Preview it on the branch deploy to see it properly (local screenshots break because Astro image optimization needs a real build).

What changed

• Warm off-white background (#FAFAF8) instead of pure white
• Hero: "Your team doesn't need another blank canvas. It needs a system."
• Product screenshots in floating white cards with soft multi-layer shadows
• Three inline testimonials woven between feature sections (mock quotes — placeholders for real ones)
• Dark section (gray-900) for contrast, showing open source / self-host / flat pricing
• Removed Alfred section
• Dark CTA button (confident, not eager)
• Cleaner feature sections: goals + projects with simple checklists

Design approach

• Warm canvas with product-led proof (screenshots do the work)
• Inline testimonials create trust without a separate "testimonials block"
• One dark section breaks the page rhythm and highlights key differentiators
• Overall feel: calm, focused, opinionated — not enterprise, not playful

What this needs before merge

• Real testimonial quotes (mock ones are placeholders)
• Review of product screenshots (current ones may be outdated)
• Your gut check on whether this direction feels right
