Run the image builder tests on Fedora 44. Fedora 42 is EOL. Bump the terraform commit ID to get the newest runner images.

- Update Fedora to 44 (from 43). - Add RHEL 9.8 and 10.2 GA. - Drop RHEL 8.10, 9.6, 10.0, and 10.1. - Add RHEL 9.9 and 10.3 nightly.

Alright, the only failure now is Fedora 44. Seems we might have an issue with the cloud-init service names? I'll check back tomorrow. |
