The `images` repo was merged into `image-builder` but osbuild.org still documented it separately. This update the to the current state as well as redirects some old osbuild.org/… /images links to the current ones.
… after the merge of the `images` repo into `image-builder`.

The documentation was somehow duplicated after the merge of the
imagesrepo into theimage-builderrepo.This PR cleans this up. It is rather large as several things overlapped.
You can ignore the
docs/developer-guide/02-projects/folder of this PR more or less, as this is just imported content…Main changes focus on the restructure. I'll keep this as draft as I'm not sure yet if fixing the links in the imported docs is ok or better to be fixed upstream
