Standardize the reusable calens workflow to declare `CALENS_APP_ID` / `CALENS_APP_PRIVATE_KEY` instead of `TRANSLATION_APP_*`.
Merge this PR last — after the consumer repos (`android`, `ios-app`, `client`) have already merged their calens rename PRs. Merging this first would break calens runs until all consumers land.
Org-level secrets are already provisioned.
