+* Partitioned-table foreign keys: pgcopydb no longer lists Postgres's internal
+  per-partition FK clones (`pg_constraint.conparentid <> 0`) when creating
+  constraints directly. Recreating the top-level constraint already cascades to
+  every partition, so the clones only produced a flood of
+  `constraint "..." already exists` errors (and, for FKs referencing a
+  partitioned table, bogus single-partition constraints). The filter is
+  version-gated — `conparentid` exists only on PostgreSQL 11+ — and disabled
+  under `--defer-validate-fks`, which relies on the per-partition constraints on
+  PostgreSQL versions that reject `NOT VALID` on a partitioned parent
