feat(redmi1s): add Android 4.3 GLES2 host

Summary

• add an API 18 ARMv7 NativeActivity host for the Redmi 1S with a required EGL/GLES2 DrawList path
• add pinned NDK, Rust, QuickJS, signing, build, deploy, capture, and hardware-acceptance tooling
• add a 360x640 touch Hero demo and Android density icons from the classic high-resolution Pocket artwork
