Pycessing

This is a prototype of python bindings to libprocessing. This is all pretty early and sketched out, but it does run the rectangle example.

The work ahead is:

• A proper API that is Processing-like.
• Setting up the workspace correctly since it's now sitting inside of libprocessing. Is this a workspace?
• Figuring out the process model around sending commands over to libprocessing
