When range-slider handles overlap at the minimum, clicking selects the immovable lower handle and prevents expanding the range. Prefer the upper overlapping handle at the minimum while preserving selection elsewhere.

Twenty-four regression cases fail on unchanged upstream. On both PyQt6 and PySide6, the slider suite reports 318 passed, 59 skipped and one expected failure; each full run has 454 passes and one unchanged font-metrics failure. Ruff lint and formatting pass; mypy stops on an existing configuration error. Fixes #150.
