Improve user guide example

Added an example on the installation to help developers use the pip.

Hi @Mennaalazaz. Thanks for your interest in contributing to pip.

However, I'm not sure if the user guide would benefit from an additional example because right under your addition, there is already a section on using pip to install a package. Sure, there isn't a real package in the example, but that's largely inconsequential.
