I am an AI researcher and Director of an AI Innovation Lab, specialising in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent workflows, and multimodal AI applied to healthcare, education, and the public sector.
My work spans end-to-end system design — from embedding pipelines and vector stores through to agentic reasoning and evaluation frameworks — with a focus on deployable, real-world AI in multilingual and resource-constrained environments.
I deliver NVIDIA DLI workshops, advise on applied AI pilots, and lead student research projects at the intersection of NLP, computer vision, and agentic systems.
