v0.4.1

This release resolves long-standing GObject lifecycle and memory leak issues by reworking interning, toggle reference tracking, transfer ownership, and finalizer cleanup in #179 (diamondburned/gotk4#179). A lot of internal memory handling was reworked, so please do lots of testing as needed and report any issues you find!

The closure memory leak has been a major issue ever since the creation of gotk4 and was, to me, the biggest blocker preventing me from calling gotk4 "production-ready" and "stable". With this release, I feel a lot better about the state of gotk4.

Huge thanks to @​jgillich for investigating and contributing this fix!
