Adds a getBackupStatistics operation that calls EnumerateAccountStatistics with per-data-source D##F## columns (last/successful/completed session status and timestamp), normalizing results with human-readable status labels. Also fixes an invalid "Detailed" Selection Mode value (API only accepts PerInstallation) on both statistics operations, and adds an "All Partners (Top Level)" convenience entry to the partner picker so queries can span every partner without hand-typing a root partner ID.
