Adds a "Hello World" prototype page at /prototype/hello-world and enables root-level pnpm typecheck to meet task requirements.

The pnpm typecheck command was failing at the root level because no such script existed. A new typecheck script was added to the root package.json to correctly execute typecheck across all workspaces.
