Lockfile-only bump of the
mcpruntime dependency from 1.26.0 to 1.28.1. Thepyproject.tomlconstraint (mcp>=1.0,<2) already allows it, so nothing else changes.Supersedes #870.
Test plan
uv lock --upgrade-package mcp— only the threemcplines movemcp==1.28.1installed into the local venv; the server still registers all 17 toolspytest tests/unit/server/mcp— 573 passed
