fix(docs): pass libdoc_markdown as 1 so Sphinx 9 accepts the override - #1374

Sphinx 9 validates -D overrides of boolean config values and only accepts 0 or 1; since the root lock moved to Sphinx 9 (#1367) the docs workflow failed on every master push with "'libdoc_markdown' must be '0' or '1', got 'True'". Also trigger the docs workflow on uv.lock instead of the removed poetry.lock. docsworkflow has failed on every master push since #1367 (five runs). The root lock movedto Sphinx 9, which validates
-Doverrides of boolean config values and only accepts0or1:invocations/docs.py: the markdown build passes-D libdoc_markdown=1instead of=True..github/workflows/docs.yaml: trigger onuv.lockinstead of the long-removedpoetry.lock,so lock-file changes rebuild the docs again.
Merge before the
rpaframework34.0.0 PR (#1373): that one changes the rootpyproject.toml,which triggers this workflow, and the GitHub Pages site has not been republished since 31 Oct.
