Description
Adds NVIDIA Tegra (Jetson) support to
libtorch_vendor:the platform JetPack PyTorch is reused instead of downloaded. If it's missing,
the build fails fast with an error message.
python3 -c "import torch"probe setsTorch_DIR, soan already-installed LibTorch (JetPack on aarch64, or pip/conda on x86) is
reused; x86 still downloads when none is found.
libtorch_cpu.sopre-strip now honors$DESTDIRso
