"We make our world significant by the courage of our questions,
and by the depth of our answers."
— Carl Sagan, Cosmos (1980)
I am a DPhil candidate at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, University of Oxford, and a member of Reuben College. My thesis develops clinical prediction models for hospitalisation and mortality in patients with multiple long-term conditions, with a reinforcement learning framework for adaptive model evaluation. My work sits at the intersection of clinical AI, human-centred design, and the design innovation — and is motivated by the belief that predictive systems should be built with, not simply for, the clinicians and patients who use them.
