Chore: made the contributor list more compact for better UX + sync domains order in tags-fetched

The contributor list in the Spotlight Zone is now more compact. Here's what's new:

• Hover the avatar to see a contributor's details (job title, company, and description)
• Badge overflow: each card shows up to 5 badges, with any extras tucked behind a +N indicator you can hover to reveal

Also synced the domain order in the tags-fetched as we updated it to make it alphabetical
