Show sponsor logos on /sponsor, featuring Pirsch and Denver & Liely

A stepping stone for the current /sponsor page until the Green Room Wall rewrite (#27) lands. It adds sponsor logos near the top of the page so our current sponsors are easy to find.

Changes

• Currently sponsored by: Pirsch and Denver & Liely as large, linked cards right after the intro, before Reach.
• Past partners: a compact row of linked logos for CascadiaJS, CodeRabbit, GitKraken, Norlan, and Warp.
• The logos and UTM-tagged links come from db/data/sponsors.ts, so the page and the DB seed share one list. Current sponsors are picked by id in currentSponsorIds at the top of src/pages/sponsor.astro; everything else falls into past partners.

Relationship to #27

#27 replaces sponsor.astro entirely and already features Pirsch and Denver & Liely in its partner grid. If this merges first, #27 should take its own version of the page when it's updated. This PR also supersedes #20.

Verification

• astro check: 0 errors. ESLint is clean.
• Screenshots in light mode, dark mode, and at 390px wide: every logo renders and switches between light and dark fills.
