Looking closely at the browser's Developer Tools Network tab, requests explicitly destined for the socket.io domain are completely failing and dropping.

• Status: Requests are stalling out completely (measured at 13.10+ seconds of idle stall duration).
• Behavior: The browser initiates the handshake/request sequence, but the server or CDN layer drops or fails to handle the inbound traffic, resulting in connection timeouts.
• Impact: Because these core network files never finish downloading, the client browser never receives the stylesheets or underlying scripts, breaking the entire page load structure.

It may be because your ISP's DNS servers are returning a wrong IP address for socket.io, causing all requests to silently stall and timeout. Change Your System DNS for a check.
