Add list of subjects that required manual corrections for t1 brain freesurfer analysis #175
Following the closed and solved issues #115 and #126. We may add into the database a list of 112 scans that required manual corrections to get freeserfer (version 7.2) analysis accurate.
It may be called something like freesurfer.yml anf formatted folowwing the .yml file format.
It would be great to upload the manually corrected label files for the 112 subjects under derivatives so people could reuse them in future analysis. For each file, an accompanying JSON sidecar could (should) be uploaded with details about the SW used to get the files (freeserfer 7.2) + info on who corrected the labels. An example of such a JSON sidecar can be found here. By doing so, we will not need the freesurfer.yml, I guess.
I do not think that is the case of the freesurfer analysis. There is some mesh of surface-based control points, that is re-edited. @mbondy023 , can in some form upload the mesh edits that provides corrected segmentations in a way that anyone else after us can grab these files and get same volume and thickness numbers as we do?
