resolutions cleanup: Removed pins for uuid, follow-redirects, undici (kept but bumped), tmp, form-data, yaml, postcss (kept, see below), ip-address, nx, @babel/plugin-transform-modules-systemjs, websocket-driver,
ws, qs, and nwsapi — these are now satisfied transitively at safe versions without needing an explicit override.

• Bumped resolutions: undici ^8.10.0 → ^8.10.2, fast-uri ^4.1.2 → ^4.1.4.
• Transitive version bumps (via yarn.lock):
  • nx and all @nx/nx-* platform binaries: 22.7.8 → 22.7.9
  • postcss: 8.5.26 → 8.5.28
  • postcss-selector-parser: 7.1.5 → 7.1.6
  • undici: 8.10.0 → 8.10.2
  • fast-uri: 4.1.3 → 4.1.4
  • ip-address: 10.5.0 → 10.7.0
  • nwsapi: 2.2.x → 2.2.9 (patch)
  • caniuse-lite, baseline-browser-mapping, electron-to-chromium, node-releases, update-browserslist-db: routine browserslist data refresh
  • lerna ^9.0.7 → ^10.0.0
  • @testing-library/jest-dom ^6.10.0 → ^7.0.0
  • @splunk/webpack-configs ^5.0.0 → ^7.0.0
  • jest / @jest/globals / jest-environment-jsdom → 30.5.1
  • redis (backend) 8.0.1 → 8.1.0
  • Node 22 → 24 in CI workflows and frontend/Dockerfile
  • docker/setup-qemu-action v4.2.0 → v4.3.0
