The repo pinned Ruby 3.2.2, but `Scripts/generate_docs.sh` hangs in sourcekitten under 3.2.2 on current macOS — the 17.2.0 and 17.3.0 docs both had to be generated under 3.3.9 as a manual workaround. Bumps the pinned Ruby from 3.2.2 to 3.3.9 in
.ruby-versionandGemfile.lock.Scripts/generate_docs.shhangs in sourcekitten under Ruby 3.2.2 on current macOS, so the 17.2.0 and 17.3.0 docs both had to be regenerated under 3.3.9 by hand; pinning 3.3.9 makes the documented release process work out of the box. No gem versions change — only the Ruby pin and the lockfile'sRUBY VERSION.Checklist
