I approve. I played with this in the software-stack without issue through multiple scenarios.
The only thing I had an issue with, the CSS didn't refresh, it wasn't introduced by you, but I believe the index.css should add the asset version number line 215 of src/Harbor/Admin/Feature_Manager_Page.php.

Harbor Dev Tools runs this branch of Harbor as the leader, licensed with the lwsw-unified-pro-2026 fixture key. An invalid activated entry listed before a valid one for the same product made Harbor report no tier, so in_catalog_tier was false for features the valid tier includes.
…entry [CONS-1089] Harbor misreports tier when a product has an invalid entry before a valid one
refresh_products() deleted the cached products before calling Licensing, so a timeout or error left nothing to fall back on and the customer looked unlicensed until a later fetch succeeded.
Upgrade, purchase and activation links came from the catalog and were rendered whatever their scheme, so a javascript: or data: value would become a working wp-admin link. They now share the http(s) check the NPS upsell offers already used, and anything else renders no link.

Purchase and upgrade URLs are kept only when their scheme is http(s), then passed through esc_url_raw(). The scheme is checked first because esc_url_raw() prepends http:// to schemeless input. Sanitizing in from_array() also cleans catalogs already cached in the state option.
The activation and subscriptions URLs were rendered unchecked, and activation controls decided whether to show from the raw URL, so a rejected one left a visible control with no destination. Each control now shows only when it has a validated link.

@coderabbitai Fixed in 5b82d21. I reproduced the cache issue from #205 (review). Harbor now clears cached purchases when Licensing explicitly says the stored key is missing, inactive, or has no products. This applies to refreshes and revalidating the same key. Outages, generic 404s, missing API routes, and rate limits still preserve the last successful purchases. Trying a different invalid key also leaves the existing key and purchases alone. The fix checks the structured Licensing response, since a plain 404 can also become NotFoundException. Added 21 regression cases using the real API error decoder, including recovery and read-only lookups. Both independent reviews found no blockers. The Licensing suite finished with 183 passing and 14 skipped tests (uopz is unavailable locally); PHPStan, coding standards, and PHP 7.4 compatibility checks passed. |

Main Changes
The Nexcess Plugin Stack (NPS) subscription provides an all-in-one software package with included products across Give, LearnDash, The Events Calendar and Kadence, with options for different numbers of sites.
Harbor currently looks for a licensed product matching each feature's brand. That means an NPS purchase can grant
kadence-blocks-proin Licensing while Harbor still shows it as locked because the purchase belongs tonexcess-plugin-stack.Resolve capabilities across the customer's effective, activated purchases. Keep the existing brand, free-feature and legacy-license behavior, and expose the purchases that provide access so overlapping ownership can be explained in the UI.
The Software Manager groups features by brand and shows compact subscription pills beside paid features. Tooltips explain which subscription provides access; free features keep only their Free pill. Customers can collapse larger sections. The NPS offer requires a catalog entry, a paid tier with a usable purchase URL, and resolved included features. Incomplete NPS entries hide the offer without falling back to brand sales. Before NPS is published, only brands with catalog features and usable paid-tier purchase URLs are advertised. An empty catalog or no eligible offers hides the whole section.
When the catalog has a usable NPS offer, locked features are grouped by whether the package includes them, with a Get Nexcess Plugin Stack button instead of the old tier upgrade buttons. These group and action labels use the catalog product name and are rendered as escaped text. Owned purchases retain their activation controls. Without a usable package offer, the existing tier layout remains.
Read the catalog's included-feature list from Portal's
capabilitiesfield. Harbor previously read that tier list only fromherald_slugs, so it ignored Portal's list. This allows the NPS offer to display its included features. Continue accepting the older field name; actual customer access still comes from Licensing.Other Changes
Adopt the Nexcess Licensing branding from Harbor PR #206: embedded SVG logo, loading and welcome screens, Settings menu, notices and error messages. Existing technical identifiers and legacy license behavior stay compatible.
Recognize local Lando and LearnDash identifiers in spelling checks and align local/browser regressions with the feature-level access display.
Show the Free badge from resolved access grants, including WordPress.org plugins assigned to paid catalog tiers. Retain tier-based labels for older responses without access-source data.
Keep package-covered updates available when the plugin also reports an active legacy license; preserve legacy-only update controls.
Cover catalog-controlled tier purchase/upgrade buttons, retained activation, accordion state, and feature-row safeguards with regression tests.
Align the Give brand label with Portal's catalog while retaining GiveWP as the core plugin name.
Keep
composer.jsonin source archives for Composer consumers, and exclude source CSS and the local Lando overlay.Align version/status controls and keep WordPress notices within the Software Manager layout.
