Summary

rewrite the built-in Auth email template subjects and bodies to use plainer account-focused copy
keep the templates as plain HTML with the existing variables only
align README and example env defaults with the new template copy

Validation

Not run: Go is not installed in this local environment, so I could not run gofmt or package tests.
