Update analytics docs to use the term "branching view" instead of "Sankey view", adjust explanatory copy accordingly, and replace the placeholder Sankey SVG with a real image (content/docs/images/flows_ab_sanky.jpg). Removed placeholder frames for the time-on-page and coverage illustrations. Clarifies terminology and adds the actual illustration for the branching/Sankey chart.
