MatchAllin the UpdateOptions, Reset, and Unpause activity APIs.Why?
MatchAll is the default set by the CLI so the current behavior has broken the CLI and made reset silently succeed without actually resetting any activities.
How did you test it?
Potential risks
Minimal, this fixes broken behavior.
