…sCells.se()` for improved cell aggregation. - The function now returns a `SummarizedExperiment` object, preserving `rowData` and aggregating `colData`. - Introduced a `.by` argument for tidyverse-style grouping, while soft-deprecating the `.sample` argument. - Added `scrapper` to the package suggestions. - Updated documentation and tests to reflect these changes.
