The WordPress and Gatsby migration guides were under Learn → Technical Guides → Framework-Specific Guides, where people looking for "migration" in the docs menu didn't find them. This adds a Migration section to the Docs tab and moves them there.

What changed

• New Migration group in the Docs tab, straight after Introduction, with WordPress and Gatsby. The zh nav gets the same group (迁移).
• Both guides are removed from Framework-Specific Guides. That group keeps its name and the pages that aren't migrations (Overview, NextJS, Docusaurus).
• Only the nav changes. Pages keep their files and URLs, so no redirects are needed.
• tests/e2e/sidebar.spec.ts checks Docs tab groups by position, so its group numbers move down one for Migration.
• The Forestry migration pages (content/docs/forestry/) stay out of the nav. They were dropped from it before the move from tina.io, and Forestry.io has shut down.

Risky areas

• content/navigation-bar/docs-navigation-bar*.json drive the whole docs sidebar in both locales. Check that the Docs tab shows Migration second and that Learn → Framework-Specific Guides has no empty or broken entries.
