Bump @tinyrack/ui 0.21.0 -> 0.22.0 (frontend, homepage) and @tinyrack/docs 0.17.0 -> 0.18.0 (homepage). No consumer API changes required: ui dist is unchanged apart from added brand assets, and docs only removed the unused /site and /highlighting subpaths.
