This would need to be re-worked after the large refactor that's now live. I'm not against the idea, but I didn't realize the PR was here when I was working on the refactor. (Didn't mean to close) |

This PR enable the use of environment variables to configure settings.py for docker installations without the need to manually create the settings.py file.
