Replace authoring-process narration across FTIP with direct scientific statements, hypotheses, citations, and explicitly proposed definitions. Reorganize the final chapter around finite consequences, counterexamples, and notation while preserving former addresses as references. Add a bounded source and rendered-prose guard with regression coverage, integrate it into lint and publication verification, and document the independent semantic review requirement. Track the test source explicitly while excluding generated bytecode. Validation: 13 regression tests, source and rendered prose checks, repository lint, full site build, 2266 XML/HTML pairs, focused 229-page PDF, and representative browser and PDF inspection.
… [AGENT] Preserve visible words across textual TeX commands and nested or adjacent formatting in both prose scans. Narrow ready-set matching to authoring compounds and add regression coverage for formatted phrases and legitimate scheduler terminology.
Treat nonprinting TeX grouping braces as zero-width within extracted math text. Add isolated regressions for nested and adjacent groups while preserving literal escaped braces and symbolic-math exclusions.
Mask nontext mathematical symbols as hard boundaries while treating external TeX whitespace as nonprinting. Preserve spaces inside restored text payloads and join only formatting groups. Add isolated source and rendered regressions for spaces, newlines, tabs, grouped whitespace, and mathematical symbol boundaries. All 19 tests and the complete source scan pass.
…ENT] Complete a semantic audit of all 773 FTIP pages and rewrite 70 additional-page passages as research questions, assumptions, measurements, and limitations. Preserve mathematical expressions, citations, diagrams, stable structure, and legitimate reader navigation. Extend contextual authoring-language families with source/render regression controls for scientific and runtime usage, and document the semantic review requirement.
Scope document-cluster checks to assembly context and remove ambiguous standalone harness-lane and evidence-contract matches. Add four source/render counterexamples while retaining negative authoring controls.

Reader-facing FTIP pages contained drafting instructions, document-assembly narration, internal ownership and handoff language, and worksheet/ledger metaphors. A complete semantic audit of all 773 FTIP pages replaces these with direct research questions, hypotheses, citations, measurements, and limitations. The 255-page source repair preserves substantive mathematics, architecture and harness mechanisms, stable addresses, and useful reader navigation; process-only originals are preserved privately.

just chk, and publication verification scans every expanded FTIP HTML page, including titles repeated in navigation and backlinks. Contextual rules cover authoring-language families beyond the originally reported examples, with source/render regression controls for legitimate mathematics, source terminology, experimental protocols, and runtime records. Repository guidance also requires fresh semantic terminology review; phrase checks alone cannot establish prose quality.Validation: full site and focused 230-page PDF builds; all 773 source/rendered pages; all 70 pages changed in the broader pass return HTTP 200 with no KaTeX errors; representative HTML and PDF visual inspection. The broader pass preserves all 71 mathematical expressions, citations, diagrams, and transclusion structure in its edited pages. All 22 regression tests, 29 additional parent source/render controls, and 30 independent review controls pass. The independent adversarial review approves final head
